While immigration officers support the Trump administration’s goal of deporting undocumented migrants, many of them have grown ‘disillusioned’ with leadership’s tactics, according to reports

Morale is “plummeting” among federal law enforcement officers tasked with carrying out the Trump administration’s aggressive anti-immigration operation, as they complained that long hours, ambitious arrest quotas and hatred from the public, according to reports.

While officers at Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Patrol, overseen by the Department of Homeland Security, said they supported the administration’s goal of deporting undocumented migrants, many of them have grown “disillusioned” with the tactics being implemented by leadership.

More than 20 current and former immigration officials told The New York Times of their discontent in the hours following the fatal shooting of 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti by a federal agent in Minneapolis.

It was the second deadly shooting of a U.S. citizen carried out by a federal agent in weeks, as officers clashed with protesters following intense public anger over the violence in Minneapolis.

Don’t buy these cope articles. Been seeing them over a year now. The Trump administration’s fracturing. Republicans are rejecting Trump. And now we have this. Don’t buy it they’re trying to make you complacent. Trying to make you slow down and take your foot off the pedal.

Basically anyone that’s good news, isn’t. At least these days.

But I do hope it is somewhat true. I would love to hear about rampant depression and a 100% “an hero” rate.

I don’t cheer for that often, but sometimes it seems 300% justified.

So many butt hurt moron Nazi fucks fell for the sign on bonus bait and switch. They’ll have to put up with this job for FIVE years to get that shitty 50,000 bucks which won’t even be worth jack shit by then.

Also the dumb straight-edge fucks probably don’t even realize the original Nazi were on amphetamines 24/7 for 20 years.

We’ll see who can outlast who.

Unionize and demand better working conditions, like lower quotas, only criminal record targets, proper long training, and 32-hour work weeks. Strike to get it. Get fired in the process. 😂

E: Learn radical left ideology in the process.

They all got massive sign-on bonuses. If they quite before 5 years they have to pay 10k per year they left early.

        Fuck that.

        Prior conditions.

ALL the prior conditions. U.S. healthcare will prove to be just as fatal, optimizes suffering, far more expensive, and the frustration of knowing you could be cured easily by a functional system run by a caring society.

Them quitting is a good first step but wont solve the underlying issue. ICE recruited Nazis. They will be Nazis with or without ICE.

The Nazis are not the ones with the moral problems, I’m sure. They are all walking around at half-mast over the hate they are receiving and the atrocities they are committing.

I don’t know if this is true, but the employment contracts supposedly have a repayment clause. So the assumption is many people are financially unable to quit once they are hired.

It’s a unique ice thing. I’ve heard they are paid a bonus and are on the hook to give it back if they don’t work 5 years. Ofc they could just not spend it but assuming they did they owe the government money if they quit.

I don’t care though, they are murdering people in the streets

Its actually really common in the US. Hiring bonuses get paid out at the end of the first year but are paid on the first day. The repayment is pro-rated based on how long you worked.

I’ve never heard of this before but it is a real thing. I would chock this up to the Administration not wanting to really pay anyone… thus trying to ensure they don’t get massive numbers quitting.

Also, anyone notice that all the people working for DHS during all of this that media has captured in public are men? Is that by design or do women have better morality?

My wife told me about some lefty podcast she listens to where the host was recruited by them and went through the process just to take a peek behind the curtain. Apparently the 5-year repayment thing is real, at least going by the contract they gave her.

When the morale of SS soldiers dropped after shooting so many people, the Nazis came up with the extermination camps.

Let’s hope history doesn’t repeat itself.

So these clowns joined up because their echo chamber made them feel like they were going to be some kind of hero. But when they got out in reality, they found…reality. People hate them, they’re destroying families, holding kids hostage, and murdering people. There are definitely a number of them getting off on what they’re doing, remorselessly. For others it may just be a shit job, a lousy place to work. But for a few, I bet they finally figured out that they aren’t who they thought they’d be viewed as.

They love it, it’s the best job they ever had. They get to do what they’ve always wanted–have power over people, order them around, and beat the shit out of them as much as they want, knowing they won’t be held accountable.

Anyone that statement doesn’t apply to, has either quit already or never considered taking a job like that in the first place.
